• Most catered events require seven days advance planning time from the agreed menu and pricing to give you the best-catered experience possible.

• Pre-approved 72 hour notice to cater to your foodservice needs may be possible depending on current kitchen volume, etc.

• Same day or next day MAY be possible on a case-by-case basis

DEFINITION OF ONE-WAY CATERING

All food is prepared so it can be picked up by the customer or dropped off at the location of the event with no return trip, disposable (compostable or recyclable) containers and utensils included.

*If plastic folding tables (4', 6', or 8') are needed and requested prior to the drop-off, a pickup can be arranged.

ADD-ONS TO ENHANCE YOUR CATERING EXPERIENCE

* Prompt consumption of food on arrival may not require the hot holding items mentioned here.

• $8.00: Wire Rack/Disposable chafer (1ea.) | Gel fuel heat cans (2ea.) | Water pan (1ea.)

Each wire rack holds two individual aluminum 1/2 sized pans and their lids. Will keep your food hot for multiple hours even when placed outside
